Antalya is the perfect city that can offer many different things at the same time. The Antalya city has approximately 1,000,000 inhabitants and is the provincial capital of the region. Antalya, Konyaalti
Konyaalti is the western suburb of Antalya, located along the famous beach of the same name which is approx. 12 km. Konyaalti has a population of 106,000 and is still developing. Especially over the last 10 years, more and more westerners have started to buy properties here because of the good beach and it is only a few km from Antalya city center that provides all the advantages of being near a major city.
Konyaalti has its own downtown area with lots of shopping, sports center, banks, restaurants, etc. The area is a good mix of local and Europeans who have bought homes. In the beginning of Konyaaltı there is a very nice beach park area where there is plenty of life both day and evening and along the 12 km beach promenade there is a lot of nice restaurants.
From Konyaalti there are good and cheap bus connection to Antalya city center, Kemer, Skiing resort Saklikent and much more. The airport is only 30 km away and there are good connections from all major European cities no matter what time of year.
