Bodrum Gümüslük

Gümüslük has the same location as the ancient city Myndus had many years ago. Today, both town and area are well developed, but traces of the ancient world are to be seen everywhere. Major parts of the ancient city is today (below the waterline), and it is an exciting area to explore when scuba diving or snorkeling.
The towns’s major attraction is its wide selection of fish restaurants, and they are well worth dining at while staying in Bodrum. The fish restaurants are placed by the sea, and after a delightful meal, one can either choose to relax and doze off, or take a walk to Rabbit Island. If you don’t want to get wet feet, the only option is going there when the sea is low tide.
There is a good bus connection to and from Gümüslük to all areas of Bodrum.

Bodrum Yalikavak

The town of Yalikavak is a very popular alternative to Bodrum town. Like most other towns on the Bodrum peninsula it used to be a small fishing port. The atmosphere has remained quiet and relaxed. There is still a thriving fishing industry but now also supported by a growing tourism sector. In the harbour area you find the best restaurants and bars but a short distance from the centre the local restaurants serve real Turkish lunch such as kebab, pide and sulu yemek. Every week on Thursdays the town hosts a big market with fresh fruit, vegetables and clothes. Go to the beach and take a relaxing break or a swim in the bay. There are good connections with public dolmus buses to the neighbouring towns or to the larger shopping places in Bodrum

Bodrum Golf Resort

Tuzla Lake is a protected nature reserve because every winter thousands of flamingos roost here. Because of that, the area will always remain nice and green. The Lake is separated from the agean sea by a low dam which supports the connection road to Bodrum (25km) and the airport (8km). Along the inlet there is a nice fishing village where there are delicious fish restaurants. On the other side of the inlet is the Aegean sea and the beach. An Investor started the golf course project this meant the interest for the area started to increase partly because of the nice nature and the fact it is close to the airport, the beach and the favourite holiday city – Bodrum. We expect huge price increases around the Tuzla Lake because there are limited building plots.
