In connection with the hand over of the property we provide all the needed details in relation to things as registration of the property, insurance, key duplication, delivery of furniture etc...
Furthermore we offer you to join our Inspection Service. We then visit your apartment/ villa on a regular basis and pay all utility bills. Also you can order various services such as cleaning, washing of linen, transportation to and from the airport and much more.
