Our internal IT Department is one of our strongest points. One of the main objectives of the department is to be innovative and so 2Base has been able to establish itself as the strongest and most pioneering real estate agents trading in Alanya and Bodrum.

Actual initiatives – only for 2Base customers

Our ambition of being at the forefront of development has been realised in several initiatives. The development of My2Base, which is a rental and communication system with special reference to our own customers, is a great example of this.
However our department also focuses on things other than IT.

Let us handle the documents

In connection with property purchasing there are many formalities that need to be taken care of with which we can help.
We take care of bank papers and contact with the deeds office. We are able to: handle payments from your account to the building owner; establish a tax number; register your electricity and water meters; and a lot more.
Furthermore the Administration Department works with internal as well as external accounts and payments.
