2Base Estate Agency is the result of Turkish/Danish cooperation.

In a relatively short time the company has grown and now employs 10 experienced employees in different departments such as sales, construction, shopping, service and administration.

Despite everything happening so fast, the demands for and standards of quality, information and service have never altered.
The aim has always been clear: to provide a quality of service bar none and to take responsibility for the work we perform.

We lead and set new standards

We are pioneers in our field. Thanks to our well-developed IT-department we can offer a professionally organised rental service and administration of your Turkish holiday home. The first estate agency in Alanya and Bodrum to do so. This takes place through My2Base.

We set new standards regarding the security of a property sale – among other things we have introduced a 7-day right to withdraw from the sales contract. Our contract incidentally complies with Danish standards.

We think innovatively and are constantly working on ideas that will make it easier for you to own property in Turkey.

This is why we are the first to launch the concept of having Danish furniture delivered directly from our Danish partner, IDÉmøbler in Herning, to your Turkish holiday home – without delivery costs!

We are not the regular kind of estate agency who says goodbye and thank you as soon as the contract of sale is signed. On the contrary we are there for you during the sale, the handover, shopping and service, and we take responsibility for the work carried out.
