In this way we continue the constructive dialogue that started at the sales stage and which we try to keep throughout the whole process.
Furthermore we keep you updated with lots of pictures of the construction of your new house so you can follow it from home.

The check list and cleaning – a couple of examples

At the handover of the apartment we will give you a list of items that you should use to check the apartment from A to Z. By doing this, any defects and flaws can be corrected immediately. The list will be translated and given to the builder and afterwards we will control the repair of items on the list.
Another benefit is our cleaning service. At any time you can order the cleaning of your home and even get sheets and towels changed so the home is ready for the next guest.
