The project is built on a hilltop with amazing view overlooking sea, mountains, Alanya castle and large green areas of national park. The plot is 175.000m2, and shared facilities and common areas will occupy 70.000m2 of the total plot size.

Gold city has a total of 2000m2 of pool facilities, divided into 35 pools which amongst other include an activity pool, a smaller aqua park, indoor pool, children’s pools and an Olympic size pool. Many of the villas have private pool areas.
