Nice to know before viewing property

It may be helpful and reassuring to have some information on how your viewing tour with 2Base Estate Agency will be carried out.

Practical preparation

The viewing might prove a little demanding!
You will be visiting construction sites, so may be walking over uneven surfaces and/or sand, so practical footwear and comfortable clothes are a good idea.
Other than that there is nothing for you to worry about – we bring the necessary information and materials, maps etc and, of course, helmets to ensure our safety whilst moving around the sites.

Viewing property

One of our sales staff will come to your hotel and you will have the opportunity to have a talk about your requirements for your holiday home.
After this, we proceed with the tour.
In order to give you a good idea of how a construction will look once it is finished, we will look at planned and almost completed projects.
During the tour you will also be able to have all your questions answered.
Remember our motto: It is always better to ask too many questions than too few.

The tour will be between three and five hours long.

We end the day at our office, where we will summarise the day’s viewing and have a chat about the many different products and services we offer.
This is also a good time for discussing the more formal details of property purchasing so that you will know exactly what to expect when you proceed with the purchase.

Next stage

You will be driven back to your hotel, where you will have plenty of time to think everything through. If you want to visit one of the properties again that is of course possible.
