Handling the details

The most important one is our Handover list .
The list is simple but important and serves to record any defects or flaws in your property before you move in.
Does every socket work? Is the bathroom tap dripping? Have the kitchen doors been put on properly? Is every spotlight working?

We give you this list and with that in your hand we make you check every major and minor detail of your home.
The problems then are nipped in the bud which saves even bigger problems later.
Any defects or flaws are written down and the list is given to us.
Our service department translates this list into Turkish so no one can be in any doubt of the wording, and then the builder receives a copy.
The builder is responsible for putting right all defects and flaws but you can be absolutely sure that we make sure things are done correctly – that is your guarantee.

Another item is the My2Base Toolbox.
Should you feel like putting up your lamps or pictures yourself, you can borrow a My2Base Toolbox.
With the proper tools to hand, everything can be fixed to your liking with no hassle at all.
