Formalities – we take care of the paperwork

The procedure when purchasing property in Turkey is quite straightforward. However it does not compare with the procedures in Europe.
Some formalities require the buyer’s presence, but usually written authority is all that is necessary. In other words we take care of the administrative details while allowing you to continue your holiday and take care of more interesting matters.
Approximately 8 weeks is required from the time the contract is signed to the official hand over of the deeds. However, in practice the owner’s legal right to the property begins as soon as the contract is signed.
